What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days from your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have questions, email us at customerservice@babypeatree.com

Ryan & Rose Cuties Pats & Cutie Tensils are exempt from being returned due to hygienic concerns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the return must be postmarked within 14 days from your purchase date. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All sale items are final sale.

When will I received my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days, less the shipping costs.

What is my refund has not arrived or is late?
Sometimes things happen. Give it 24 hours and check your account again. If the refund still has not arrived, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What if my return was a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Since we are a small family owned business, our customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Why the focus on sustainability?
Climate change is real. Second to oil, the fashion industry is the second most toxic industry in the world, but we love little baby clothes that make our hearts flutter. We have found a factory in Los Angeles, CA that hand sews each garment before dying it with toxic free or low impact dyes. Our customers can enjoy their onesies knowing it is free of toxic chemicals and has minimal environmental impact.
